Pennsylvania has no public nude beaches. Private naturist clubs have operated in Pennsylvania for over 70 years. The Pocono Mountains region hosts several established resorts. Pennsylvania's Crimes Code §5901 covers indecent exposure but private clubs are legally distinct.
