State Laws & Overview
Washington has no statewide nude beach designation but several naturist clubs operate legally. The annual Bare Buns Fun Run in Spokane is a permitted 5K through Kaniksu Ranch that draws over 1,000 participants. Public nudity laws vary by municipality; Seattle's enforcement is generally lax. Women's toplessness is legal statewide.
