State Laws & Overview
North Carolina has no designated public nude beaches. North Carolina General Statute §14-190.9 covers indecent exposure but private naturist clubs operate throughout the state. The Research Triangle (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill) area has the highest concentration of clubs in the state.
